Personal Training
Random Acts of Fitness Inc. has fully certified professional individuals to design a fitness program you to meet and exceed your fitness goals - all regardless of your age or currrent physical condition. We do this in any one of the following ways, either in-home, outdoors, or at your local fitness facility:
One-on-One Training
Having a dedicated fitness professional work with you one-on-one will help you get fitter, stay focused, and improve your appearance and mental health considerably.
Two-on-One Training
An excellent way to stay motivated is to share your fitness experience with a partner, spouse, or friend while working with a personal trainer. Through running, cross-training, and weight-training, you will both gain tremendously in terms of health, appearance, and happiness. As an added bonus, you'll save money by pairing up with someone!
Group Training
We can provide a personal trainer for a group of 3 or more people as well, taking them through running or walking clinic or a variety of cross-training sessions in the outdoors. Having more people in your group is a great way to socialize, get healthy, and stay motivated.
